I think I watched about 4 innings last night of that Dodgers-Phillies game. Philadelphia won 11-0 over L.A. last night on a cold one in Philadelphia. Maybe the Los Angeles teams are being frozen out of the World Series.
This evening look for Randy Wolf to haunt his old team and bring the Dodgers a warm victory before they head back to Los Angeles. Joe Blanton takes the mound for the Phillies to try to put this series away quick, but I believe it’ll be tied up 2-2 because there is no Cliff Lee pitching tonight.
The ALCS continues this afternoon on FOX with the Angels in a must win situation. The Bronx Bombers are not feeling the heat that the Angels are so much looking forward to playing in after a horrid weekend in NYC. Look for Mike Scosia to get his team going early. This game is the most important game of the year for the Angels. If they can’t pull this game out, the series would be as good as over. Nobody is going to sweep the Yankees 4 games straight, especially if Joe Girardi has anything to say about it.
Today’s Game of The Day is The N.Y. Yankees at Los Angeles this afternoon. Put on your sunglasses and shorts, and root root for the home team, and look for the Angels to win.
