The Rangers are waiting to see who they’ll face for the ALCS and tonight in New York we will find out the answer. Detroit and the Bronx Bombers go at it for the chance to play last year’s AL pennant winner. Doug Fister in on the mound for Detroit against Ivan Nova for New York. It will both of their toughest games of their short lives and the winner gets a chicken dinner. Fister has been as good as anybody has these last few weeks and Nova pitched his heart out in game #1. I think its Fister’s turn to show the world that it doesn’t move to the beat of just on drum. I know that last sentence sounds like “Different Strokes”, but that is what the Yankees are made out of, especially the biggest stroke Nick Swisher. C’mon Tigers don’t let us down.
The NLDS series are all tied up at 2 apiece with Arizona beating Milwaukee last night with the series now going back to Beer Town.
In the the other Beer Town called St. Louis they had a blast last night. They have a chance to knock off the mighty Phillies pitching staff tomorrow night in the city of brotherly love and garbage.
Let’s see what tonight brings for the Motown kiddies at 7:00PM CST on TBS.
